I started Shaw Search Partners in 2010 with a belief that there was a need for a recruiter to have a vested interest in the business, culture, and environment of the client’s company, in addition to the job specifications. Most recruiting firms work on a larger team based model. I believe in a more personalized approach. I partner with my client companies to find just the right candidates as long term career hires. This detail has truly made all the difference. I started with one client and worked tirelessly to organically and single handedly grow the business to where it is today: a multi-million dollar recruitment consulting firm with over 20 clients.  Shaw Search Partners is now known for recruiting high level/executive Marketing, Creative, and Strategy talent and competes with some of the nation’s leading recruitment agencies.

I work on national searches for Fortune 500 companies and partner with several well known national companies in the New England area. I work with major Rhode Island corporations, like CVS Health along with small and growing businesses and nonprofits. Many of my clients are based in Boston, Massachusetts and are major retails/consumer goods companies. Along with Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I work with several other clients and candidates in New York City and all along the East Coast. 

Being a sole proprietor, it is my job to make ALL of the decisions. Whether it is formulating a recruitment strategy with the Chief Marketing Officer of a major corporation, strategizing my own sales and marketing, deciding to take on new business, giving critical feedback to clients or candidates, negotiating offers, managing account payable/accounts receivable or investing in new technology for the business, I am a one-woman show. I make every single decision, oftentimes within a split second. I understand the need for efficiency and pride myself in delivering to both clients and candidates.

My mission as founder of Shaw Search Partner is to treat every single client/customer with the highest level of personalized service. This forces me to be a true multi-tasker. At any given time, I’m working on multiple major national searches for Fortune 500 clients. These clients trust me to deliver results quickly and effectively and the ability to do that is the crux of my business. Each and every client gets a high touch, customized and personalized experience where they truly feel like they are my only client. This service is my passion and the pursuit of it along with my hard work has resulted in a thriving and successful business. I’m really proud of that.
