Brand Management Experts-Global CPG
LOCATION: Boston, MA
Shaw Search Partners is proudly the retained recruiting partner to a global CPG and assisting in building a brand new team outside of Boston. You will be responsible for development and execution of integrated marketing communications for multiple national initiatives, with a focus on product launches. This individual will have a track record of consistently designing and executing marketing plans and campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration and ultimately sales. He/she will be passionate in their desire to deeply understand the consumer and deliver marketing strategies and creative that leverage that understanding to build both business and brand. In addition, they will demonstrate a strong understanding of driving demand, conversion and retention of customers through best-in-class digital/social strategies.
WHAT WILL I DO?
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to deliver on marketing KPIs and business goals
Lead internal creative team and agency partners to produce breakthrough, best-in-class integrated marketing plans
Provide strategic thought leadership relative to driving demand, conversion and retention through paid/owned strategies and creative
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts both internal and external, including Digital, PR, Social, Product, Engineering, Finance and more
Analyze and interpret customer behavior data, test/learn results and application of the learnings to evolve and optimize creative and campaigns
Continuously monitor competitive, industry and relevant information
Quickly synthesize consumer insights and product benefits into precise and inspiring strategies
Manage development of materials for line reviews and key customer meetings with large retailers including Target and Walmart
Collaborate with product marketing teams to ensure campaigns are fully reflective of the intent and insights driving the products reason to be
Evaluate and communicate learning from campaigns and initiatives, and ensure learnings are shared with teams and leadership
WHAT DO I NEED?
7+ years of Marketing experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in leading Marketing/Advertising campaign strategy and execution
Experience in leading Advertising Agency Partners and inspiring great work through strong partnership
Experience with leading teams and collaborating across several cross-functional teams
