Responsibilities

  • eCommerce Analytics Leadership: Drive data strategy across Amazon, Pureplay, Omnichannel, and Social Commerce. Leverage trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and align analytics with growth goals.

  • Advanced Analytics Development: Lead data science initiatives, including machine learning models and AI adoption.

  • Sales Performance Optimization: Build BI dashboards, track KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion), and optimize the impact of promotions and trends.

  • Media Campaign Effectiveness: Measure and optimize ROI for multi-channel campaigns (retail, social, influencer).

  • Inventory & Demand Forecasting: Use predictive analytics to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and collaborate on stock management.

  • Market Trends Monitoring: Analyze competitor activity, pricing, and customer sentiment to identify opportunities and gaps.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience, including 8+ years in eCommerce analytics.

  • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics (MBA/Master’s preferred).

  • Expertise in data platforms, ETL processes, and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and data manipulation.

  • Proven track record in CPG and multi-brand environments.

  • Strong leadership experience (2-5 years) with a focus on team mentorship.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
