Senior Account Manager, Hospitality

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Retention

  • Act as a trusted advisor for hotel clients, aligning marketing and revenue strategies with business objectives.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution strategies to drive data-driven recommendations.

  • Lead client meetings and executive presentations, including performance reviews, strategy sessions, and media planning.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, CPOR, and direct booking trends to proactively address client needs.

  • Implement proactive retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and maximize account value.

Marketing Strategy

  • Utilize best practices in digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and web strategy to drive measurable success for hotel clients.

  • Analyze property performance data and market trends to develop data-driven recommendations for increasing direct bookings and optimizing ROI.

  • Oversee the development and execution of strategic media plans aligned with property revenue goals.

  • Guide clients through digital marketing initiatives, including Meta Search, Google Ads, Expedia Travel Ads, and TripAdvisor Sponsored Placements.

  • Lead mid-month performance reviews with internal teams to ensure campaign success and implement optimization strategies.

Operations

  • Ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives, including website updates, email campaigns, paid media, and content strategies.

  • Maintain accurate client information within the company’s CRM and oversee resource allocation through a project management system.

  • Ensure compliance with established processes and recommend updates to leadership as needed.

Business Growth & Inside Sales

  • Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients, driving revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with leadership to nurture client relationships and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Strengthen relationships with hotel management companies, ownership groups, and independent properties to onboard additional hotels.

  • Stay actively involved in the hospitality industry through networking events, conferences, and business development opportunities.

What We Need From You

  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality marketing, revenue management, or hotel digital strategy.

  • Proven track record of managing relationships with hotel brands, management companies, or ownership groups at a senior level.

  • Deep understanding of hotel performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, CPOR) and their connection to digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of hospitality-specific media platforms such as Meta Search, Google Ads, Expedia Travel Ads, and TripAdvisor Sponsored Placements.

  • Ability to analyze property performance, market data, and digital campaign results to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Professional presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering insights to executive stakeholders.

  • Experience working with luxury, boutique, independent, or branded hotels is highly preferred.

  • CHDM and/or CRME certification is a strong plus.
