Project Manager

Shaw Search Partners is leading the search for a Project Manager for a marketing firm specializing in hospitality and tourism. This company offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a progressive approach to marketing services.

The Project Manager will collaborate across multiple disciplines, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing services for clients. The ideal candidate values teamwork, takes initiative, and is eager to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure successful project launches.

• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external teams during digital project execution.

• Manage digital marketing projects with the support of a project coordinator.

• Maintain project timelines and scope while managing client expectations.

• Communicate effectively and present to clients both in person and remotely.

• Analyze information to provide insights and make recommendations for website structures.

• Create site maps and define user experience details for websites.

• Oversee tasks such as quality assurance checks and website content management.

• Coordinate with department specialists to define deliverables and campaign timelines.

• Ensure all program components and projects are executed accurately and on schedule.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

• Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred but not required

• Experience with creative copywriting.

• Technical proficiency in Mac OS.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.

• Multi-lingual skills.
