Sales Operations Administrator

Position: Sales Operations Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Administrator to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong time-management skills and a passion for optimizing sales operations. This role involves supporting sales and service teams through proposal creation, CRM data management, and transaction facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit proposals for Sales and Service teams.

  • Distribute inbound leads and support marketing demand-generation efforts.

  • Provide sales support and manage transaction processes for brand-specific product solutions.

  • Facilitate and manage post-transaction logistics, including service initiation and finance coordination.

  • Document processes affecting sales operations, both pre- and post-close.

  • Ensure data quality within the company CRM for Sales and Service teams.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Salesforce.

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing tasks.

  • Extreme attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and highly organized.

  • Must be located in the Ft. Lauderdale headquarters office.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with Pandadoc or other proposal generation software.

  • Proficiency in Mac OS.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
