Digital Media Planner

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Digital Media Planner to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and passionate about leveraging data to drive results. This role requires expertise in media strategy, market research, and campaign execution across traditional and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and client KPIs.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for strategic media planning.
Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring performance tracking and reporting.
Provide optimization recommendations, adapting to evolving market conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency, quality assurance, and best practices.
Develop and present strategic recommendations, media plans, and ROI reports to stakeholders.
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals by crafting compelling media strategies.
Manage vendor negotiations to secure the best rates and maintain vendor relationships.
Monitor industry trends and vendor partnerships to keep leadership informed.
Maintain media budgets, vendor invoicing, and account reconciliations.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry (CHDM/CRME Certification preferred).
Proficiency in key advertising platforms, including Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Microsoft (Bing), Facebook, LinkedIn, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Meta Search, Yelp, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Strong understanding of both traditional (TV, radio, print, out-of-home) and digital (display, programmatic, native, online video) media channels.
Ability to research, plan, and present media budgets that align with client goals.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with Google Analytics and e-commerce performance analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership and clients.
