The Senior Manager of Healthcare Digital Media Strategy will be responsible for influencing the future direction and development of a fast-growing retail media network. The Senior Manager will identify, assess and commercialize new business opportunities in the healthcare sector that both drive media investment and align with enterprise strategy.

Leveraging strong internal relationships across teams like legal, pharmacy marketing and analytics, the Senior Manager will quarterback the cutting-edge expansion of our retail media offering into new healthcare spaces.

The Senior Manager will be heavily focused on creating data-driven business cases to establish and refine the value proposition with health/pharma advertisers. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy, the Senior Manager will be comfortable independently driving forward workstreams and will assess the landscape, gather input from appropriate partners, explore feasibility (e.g. legal review, operational readiness) and lead the execution of project deliverables (e.g. business case, advertiser pitch collateral).

Required Qualifications

– 5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business strategy, client management, and digital media understanding

– 3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience, including examples of new business acceleration

– 2+ years of digital media or retail media experience

– 2+ years of pharma marketing experience

Education

– Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.

– MBA preferred or equivalent (HS Diploma + 6 years of relevant experience)
